She has several trade affiliation in courier, manufacturing, realty, printing, frozen foods, financing, distribution, communications, retail and agricultural business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines and took several courses, seminars and workshops on human and organizational behavior, leadership, sales and marketing, including business management programs at Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Pablo has been an esteemed bastion in the academe most of his professional life. His expertise further extends to being a much valued consultants in the field of Food Science Technology, obtaining a range of degree from various educational institutions throughout the years.
He holds degree in A.B. Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University, B.S. Chemical Enginering from Manuel L. Quezon University and has completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and M.S. in Food Science from the University of California. This distinguished gentlemen can also be counted among the very first Filipinos to attain a Doctorate of Science in Food Science from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
