Benjamin S. Santos has held various leadership posts in the business sector, government, civic and professional associations. He is a Certified Public Accountant and took Master of Business Administration at University of California. He was part of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard University at the Graduate School of Business Administration in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Benjamin S. Santos is the President of Rotary Club of Manila (RY-2009-2010). He is also a Member of the Harvard Business School Association of the Philippines since 1981, and a Director and Treasurer of the Makati Foundation for Education, since 1993.
