MANPOWER POOLING
We will take care of
sourcing applicants. Through the use of media, we will attract
prospective based on our international principal’s job skills
requirements.
CANDIDATE INTERVIEW AND SCREENING
Applicants will undergo
screening, evaluation, examination and interview based on the
guidelines set by both our international principal and RURU Global.
COLLATING DOCUMENTS AND PROCESSING
Once the applicants is
accepted, we will ensure completion and veracity of the documents
required both by the principals and the government. We will also
facilitate the needed auxiliary requirements such as skills
accreditation, licenses, travel papers or medical examinations (if
needed).

TRAINING
In the event that
further or special training is needed, we will arrange the necessary
training programs to ensure readiness and compliance of the
applicants.
ARRANGING DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS
We make sure that the
workers are ready. We orient them on the employment conditions and
brief them in the compliance and obligation of their contracts.
CONSULTING
AND POST-DEPLOYMENT MONITORING
We work hand in hand
with the principals to monitor the conditions of the workers and
draw up continuous ways to improve the deployment process. |
